The Posyandu, named Remaja Santun (Healthy, Drug-Free, Active, and Outstanding Youth), was established through a collaboration between the Tanjung Duren Selatan Urban Village and the Tanjung Duren Selatan Auxiliary Health Center.

According to Prawiji, mental health screening is important for understanding the psychological well-being of children and teenagers, enabling early detection of potential mental health issues and timely intervention.
She added that the psychological well-being of children and teenagers plays an important role in shaping their personality and behavior. The screening is expected to help identify potential issues early and prevent negative behavior, juvenile delinquency, and drug abuse.
Prawiji informed that Remaja Santun Posyandu will begin operating at 9 AM on Saturday.
"We encourage parents to bring their children to attend. We hope to serve at least 50 children and teenagers," she said.
